HyperIndex is operated by hyperindex.org. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hyperliquid.

When you create an account, we receive your name, email address, profile image, sign-in provider identifiers, and authentication session information.

We store the markets you add to your Watchlist, public wallet addresses and labels you choose to track, alert settings, alert history, and push notification tokens.

We may retain IP address, country, user-agent, app version, and limited request error information for authentication, security, rate limiting, and reliability.

We use this information only to provide and personalize HyperIndex, authenticate accounts, synchronize saved features, deliver requested alerts, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

We use service providers for authentication, infrastructure, error reporting, and push delivery, including Apple, Google, and Expo. They process information only to provide those services under their own terms.

On the hyperindex.org website we use Google Analytics to understand anonymous, aggregated usage, such as page views and visit sources. This measurement is not used for advertising or ad personalization, does not include wallet addresses, and does not run in the mobile apps.

HyperIndex does not sell personal data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Market information and wallet positions shown in HyperIndex come from public Hyperliquid data. Saving a public wallet address associates that selection with your HyperIndex account; HyperIndex never requests or stores private keys or seed phrases.

We retain account and feature data while your account is active. Security and server logs are kept for up to 30 days, and deleted data may remain in backups for up to 30 additional days unless law requires longer retention.

You may request deletion in the app or by email. Once the deletion service is enabled, we will delete the account and associated data within seven days and confirm completion.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. You can also disable push notifications in system settings without losing access to in-app alert history.

HyperIndex is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
